Greetings, friends! The Olympics has begun! But FUCK THAT. (Unless you’re into that, and then we accept that, and you, and everything else you do, unlike the Boy Scouts!) We’re deep in to summer now, and what better way to celebrate than with a good joke and a craft beer from the ol’ Downtown Independent bar. (They just put in a bar!)

For those who don’t know, every Tuesday evening, a sampling of the best comedians in LA and the world descend upon a beautiful film theater downtown for a night of big laughs and cheap beer in insanely comfortable seating.
